The Agent Mapping Tool replaced a highly manual Excel-based process for linking partners, branches, and agents. I redesigned the entire workflow by introducing a digital hierarchy interface, list/tree views, filters, bulk-upload, approvals, and real-time validations. The system created transparency for partners and reduced duplicate/incorrect entries significantly. The tool allowed role-based access — Partner Admin, Branch Head, Agent, Ops Admin — with dedicated dashboards for each.

Working with operations, tech, aggregator managers, and partner teams, I converted scattered spreadsheets into a structured digital flow. Usability testing and iterative refinement led to features like bulk CSV upload, mapping previews, inline help, and better empty/error states. At scale, this reduced manual work by ~60%, cut onboarding errors by 30%, and created a single source of truth for agent hierarchy mapping.
