I’m a Senior UX/UI Designer with 6+ years of experience designing digital products across insurance, fintech, and complex enterprise systems—basically the kind of stuff people have to use but don’t always enjoy.
I specialize in simplifying long, error-prone journeys (proposal forms, internal tools, dashboards, APIs) into clean, logical, and human experiences that actually scale. From restructuring insurance proposal flows and building agent-mapping systems to designing developer self-service portals, I work closely with product, tech, ops, compliance, and business teams to reduce confusion, cut manual effort, and improve outcomes like STP rates and onboarding time.
I care deeply about clarity, microcopy, and systems thinking—and I’m mildly allergic to unnecessary steps, confusing questions, and designs that look good but don’t work in the real world.
